Join Ringshout for its 2nd Annual Reading Series – a special evening of readings by three acclaimed African-American women writers who combine reportage and personal narrative to explore rich geographic landscapes of black culture. Featuring Catherine McKinley ("Indigo: In Search of the Color That Seduced the World"), Emily Raboteau ("The Professor's Daughter"), who will be reading from a new work-in-progress entitled "Searching For Zion", and Sharifa Rhodes-Pitt ("Harlem Is Nowhere").
